I’m definitely not super fit, but I was still able to follow along without feeling overwhelmed. The breathing exercises and cold exposure parts can be adjusted, which made it feel less intense and more manageable. I think it’s good for beginners, and probably still useful if you already train a bit. That said, I did wonder a little about the overall quality and how consistent the guidance is, but my experience was mostly positive.

"Am I the only one who can’t tell if it really helped?"
I used this all winter and I *think* I got sick less than usual, but am I the only one who finds it hard to know if something like this is actually working? It could’ve been the breathing, or it could’ve just been luck. I didn’t notice anything super obvious, but I also didn’t feel like it was a waste.

"Lately I can actually see myself improving"
I’ve only been using wimhofmethod.com for the past few weeks, but the progress tracking is the thing that’s stuck with me most. Maybe it’s because it’s all still fresh, but seeing my recent breathing sessions and cold showers logged in one place makes the little improvements feel motivating.
It’s not some overly polished or complicated setup, which I kind of appreciate. I’ve definitely missed a few days, but when I look back at what I’ve done lately, it makes me want to keep going instead of dropping it. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I had a little login issue and already had a feeling their support would be decent, and this pretty much confirmed it. They got back to me way faster than I expected and fixed it without a bunch of annoying back and forth. Super easy, really appreciated it.

I got into the Wim Hof stuff mostly because I was feeling stressed and kind of low. I wouldn’t say it magically fixes everything, but the breathing does seem to help me calm down quicker when my head feels all over the place. Some of the videos are a little intense for me, but overall I’m glad I gave it a try...

"Worth it if you use it regularly"
I’ve been using the subscription for a few months now, and overall I’d say it’s been a good value. The breathing sessions are simple to follow, and I actually find myself going back to the course videos fairly often. That said, some of the content does start to feel a little repetitive after a while, so it’s not perfect. Still, for the price, I think it’s worth it if you’re genuinely going to use it.

"The safety warnings need to stand out more"
I tried the site for some breathing exercises, and the idea is good. But the safety tips were kind of spread out, so I didn’t notice the important warnings right away. Because of that, stuff like not doing it in water or while driving didn’t feel obvious enough. It made me a little nervous, honestly. If those warnings were bigger and easier to see, I’d feel a lot more comfortable using it.

"Didn’t expect this to actually help"
I went into this doubtful, not gonna lie. But after a few weeks of sticking with the breathing and cold showers, I started noticing my mood was way steadier. Stress still shows up, obviously, but I don’t spiral as fast, and most mornings I actually have more energy. Then out of nowhere, wow, I kind of became a cold shower person. Still feels weird to say that. Simple stuff, but it genuinely worked for me.

"I was really into the idea..."
I was really into the idea of the Wim Hof Method at first, and the breathing exercises definitely felt kind of powerful in a way I can’t totally explain.
But after a while, I just started feeling like I was floating on my own with it. Once I paid, there wasn’t much pushing me to keep showing up, and when I missed days, nothing really pulled me back in.
I think it could be great for someone who already has that strong self-discipline, but I needed more structure or some kind of accountability. I wanted it to work, but I ended up dropping it after a few weeks

Billing was easy to understand when I signed up. I mean, the price and renewal details were shown before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. I do wish the cancellation info was a little easier to find, but I didn’t get hit with any weird charges.

"Refund came through after a short wait"
I cancelled my subscription and, as I kind of expected with these things, finding the refund option wasn’t immediately obvious. I ended up emailing support instead. They got back to me about a day later, which seems typical, and the refund went through without any issues after that. It wasn’t the smoothest process, but they handled it in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.

Well... the workshop was well organised overall. Booking was easy, and the day mostly ran on time, which I appreciated. It would’ve helped to have a bit clearer information before arriving, but overall it was a good experience.

I actually appreciated that they link out to studies and explain the breathing and cold exposure stuff without making it sound like some kind of magic fix. The science page felt honest to me, like they’re clear about what’s known and what still needs more research, which is... kind of rare in this space. I’m still careful with any big claims, but compared to most wellness sites, this felt way more grounded and easy to follow. Good resource if you want to understand the method before just jumping into..

"Finally sleeping like I’ve needed to"
I started trying the Wim Hof Method mostly because I was curious and didn’t expect much. But after a few weeks of doing the breathing and cold showers, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and not waking up as much in the middle of the night, which felt like such a relief.
It’s not some instant miracle, but I can feel the difference emotionally more than anything. My body feels calmer, my mind doesn’t spin as much, and I go to bed feeling less tense. I don’t do it perfectly every day, but when I stay consistent, I genuinely sleep better and feel happier because of it.

"Easy course to get into"
I found this course really easy to follow. The lessons were clear, and the pace felt just right for me. Based on this one, I’d say their courses are probably set up well for anyone who doesn’t want to feel rushed or confused...

I expected the Wim Hof Method to be pricier, especially since so many wellness courses out there charge a lot and still feel basic. This one felt more reasonable to me, and I liked that there were some free parts to check out first before jumping in.
I ended up paying for a course and didn’t feel like I got taken advantage of. It was easy to follow, and unlike some other programs people hype up, I didn’t run into annoying extra costs. For what you get, I’d say it’s a solid value...

I’ve been trying the breathing exercises from Wim Hof Method for a few weeks now, mostly when work starts to feel like too much. To be honest, they do help me calm down and feel a little more grounded. It’s not some instant miracle fix, but I have noticed I’m handling stress a bit better. The only downside is the website can be a little packed with information, so it’s not always easy to know where to start.

I didn’t expect the breathing stuff to help that much, but it really did. It helped me calm down quickly and I’ve been sleeping better too. Took a few tries to get into it tho 🙂
